On November 28, 2024, our clinic took part in Synergy 2024, an inspiring training day in Brussels organized by our umbrella group, Signifeye. During this annual event, we connected with colleagues from all 8 eye clinics within the Signifeye network with the goal of strengthening collaboration and knowledge exchange. This year’s theme: learning from one another across practices to enhance patient care.
The program was packed with valuable sessions and workshops. Our own ophthalmology specialists gave lectures on the latest developments and treatments, and we joined interactive sessions that offered practical insights to improve day-to-day patient care. During the informal lunch, we had plenty of opportunity to exchange experiences with colleagues from other clinics, helping us get to know each other better.
A highlight was the workshop on delivering excellent patient experiences throughout the entire care journey, reinforcing our mission of providing leading-edge eye care. Synergy 2024 clearly showed that collaboration and shared expertise across practices are key to continuously improving eye care. A meaningful step in our shared ambition to shape the future of ophthalmology.
Armed with fresh insights and ideas, we are now ready to put this knowledge into action. Together, we continue to strive for high-quality eye care, with the patient always at the heart of what we do.
