On Friday 12 December, our team, together with ophthalmologists and staff from all other eye clinics within the Signifeye network, gathered for the third edition of Synergy. A warm, educational and connecting event, transcending the boundaries of practice.
The day kicked off with an inspiring keynote speech by Marcell’s Journey, who energises staff to focus on the organisation’s goals through positive collaborative cultures. This was followed by an interactive workshop entitled “Building strong teams together”, which provided a great opportunity to get to know each other better and further strengthen the collaboration within our team.
During this edition, an important step in the future of our group was also announced: Signifeye will be collaborating with Optegra, an international player in eye care. Thanks to this collaboration, our practice will be able to respond even better to the changing healthcare context in Belgium and to innovations such as AI and data-driven care pathways.
It was an informative and enjoyable day, which has given us new energy to look ahead. We look forward to continuing to grow together, with confidence, enthusiasm and an eye to the future.
